**Ticketing & Entry Terms – Titan Entertainment**



All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or postponed.



In the event of a cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will have the option to either request a refund or transfer their ticket to another city (subject to availability).



All refund or transfer requests must be submitted within 14 days of the official announcement. This process allows us to accurately manage and track all requests. Failure to submit within this timeframe may result in your ticket being considered accepted, and refund requests may not be honoured after this period.



This is an R18 event. Valid ID is required for entry. Entry may be refused if valid identification is not provided.



The promoter and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who is intoxicated, behaving in a disorderly manner, or not complying with venue policies. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
